Here is an easy-to-use tool designed for checking and adjusting the air brakes in most vehicles that use them.By checking the slack adjuster movement it takes the guesswork out of the adjustment. It’s a one-man operation.Simply place the hook end of the tool onto the slack adjuster and push.
No more than 10 lbs. of pressure should be needed in order to check the free travel. If an adjustment is required, use the opposite end of the tool to turn the adjusting screws. If you need to free up the locking collar, use the hammer part of the tool.
Weight is 300 grams and is made in Czechoslovakia patent 4864900.
Little bit dirty but will clean up nice.
