Store Item Data For Up to 256 Parts

This counting scale has a library to store part ID, count, average piece weight, and tare value for up to 256 different parts. This will make measuring your frequently counted parts quick and easy.

Average Piece Weight

Before ya start counting your pieces, ya need to let the SC-55 know how much each piece weighs. Intelligent Weighing Technology made this simple by averaging the weight of the pieces ya put on the scale. Just type in how many pieces are on the scale, and the SC will average the weights. The bigger your sample is, the more accurate the scale will be when counting your pieces.

Accuracy Monitor

You can program this counting scale to prompt you when the sample amount on the platform is too low.

Bi-Directional RS232 Interface With ScriptCoder™

The SC 55 has an RS232 port built right in. This is important if you want to send your weight readings to an external source like a computer or printer. Thanks to the integrated ScriptCoder™ you can even customize up to 10 different label layouts complete with barcodes.

Tare Feature

The tare button on the SC-55 can be pressed to “zero out” the weight on the scale. You can then add more weight, and the display will only show the weight of what you’re adding. A must have if you’re going to use any kind of bin for counting your items.
